Lucas Ryan - Founder & CTO
Lucas was the first engineer at Voltage Security, a venture-funded cryptography
startup, where he helped it grow from 5 to 50 people. He's also been an independent consultant
in areas ranging from mobile application development, search, scalable systems design,
and collaborative filtering for several companies including YouTube, DivX and IBM. He has a Bachelor's degree
in Philosophy from Stanford University where his primary interest was artificial intelligence.

Yan-David [Yanda] Erlich - Founder & CEO
Yanda worked as a product manager at Google in both the company's advertising and consumer web
products divisions. Before that, Yanda held software engineering and program management positions in Microsoft's
consumer-facing MSN group. He's also one of the original founders of Connexions, a non-profit collaborative environment
for publishing and sharing educational content. Yanda has an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and Bachelors
of Science in both Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rice University.

Aydin is the Founder and President of Felicis Ventures. He's an active angel investor in early-stage,
consumer internet start-ups. Besides Mogad, his current portfolio encompasses over 25 companies
including Brightroll, Freewebs, Meraki Networks, Mint, Powerset, Saynow, and Voicestar (acquired by Marchex).
Prior to starting Felicis Ventures, he was a Senior Manager at Google, responsible for strategic partner development and account management in Japan and Asia Pacific. Aydin joined Google in 1999 as a Product Manager to launch Google's first 10 international sites and then became the first International Sales Manager at Google, closing numerous strategic syndication partners on 4 continents. Before joining Google, Aydin was the Product Manager for Data Visualization and Data Mining software MineSet, and led the business development efforts for the financial services industry at SGI.
Aydin received a BS in Business Administration with Honors from Boston University. He also earned an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the School of Arts at the University of Pennsylvania with a scholarship from Long Term Credit Bank of Japan. He serves on the board of Lead 21 and is a member of The Director's Circle of San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

Georges Harik
Georges Harik was Director of Googlettes and a Distinguished Engineer at Google. As Director of Googlettes, his team
was responsible for the product management and strategy efforts surrounding many starting Google initiatives including
Gmail, Google Talk, Google Video, Picasa, Orkut, Google Groups and Google Mobile. As a Distinguished Engineer, Georges
was the co-developer of the technology behind AdSense, the first engineering manager of the Google Search Appliance,
and the co-author of the original product plan for the AdWords Online system. Georges has contributed to numerous patents
covering Google's search engine and advertising networks.
Georges worked previously at SGI, where he was a developer on MineSet, a data mining product. Prior to his work life, Georges received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he focused on mathematical models of genetic algorithms, programs that evolve to solve problems, that are inspired by natural processes.
Georges is currently an advisor to various startups focusing on the areas of internet applications, biotechnology and education. Georges' academic interests lie in the intersection between large computer systems, lots of data, and artificial intelligence.
Georges worked previously at SGI, where he was a developer on MineSet, a data mining product. Hank Barry
Hank is a director of Howard Rice's Business Department and member of their
Intellectual Property & Transactions Group. He represents high growth technology companies at all stages
of development, with a particular focus on intellectual property, commercial strategy, and venture capital.
Prior to joining Howard Rice, Hank was a partner at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and, on behalf of Hummer Winblad, served as CEO and a board member for Napster, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. Before joining Hummer Winblad, Hank was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he was the principal legal counsel to several pioneering Internet and digital media companies, including BizRate, Employease, Global Village Communications, Looksmart, Liquid Audio, NetDynamics and Upshot. He has also represented several notable entertainment and consumer electronics companies, including A&M Records, Amazon.com, Disney Online, and Apple Computer.
